The staff were pleasant and welcoming. the location was good and absolutely perfect, next to the beach, Gills Bay, and tourist attractions.

Location: the hotel was so close to stunning north highlands and the ferry from Gills Bay or John O'Groats to Orkney. The staff were helpful and very attentive, everything was modern. The apartment was well furnished, had an electric kettle, a fridge and a microwave.

The room was modern with comfy beds and a nice decor. the hotel has a perfect and stunning location adjacent to ruins of Keiss castle and the Orkney ferry. - It was in a great area for venturing out.

The host couple was very friendly. The curry with rice tasted good. The small family room was very spacious, large bathroom with bathtub, all clean. The beds are comfortable. There were two of us and we could finally spread out.

Perfect for a night on the way to the ferry. . Staff very nice and friendly, the poor guy had to wait for us for a long time in the evening and still gave us a warm welcome.
